Badir Bechara leads account management and project delivery at BrownSugar Solutions.

His career in Doha began with the Asian Games 2006, working in the publications department on athlete venue guides. This involved collecting and organising detailed venue information, from access points, transport routes, shuttle schedules, and maps to locker rooms, dining areas, medical support, volunteer desks, emergency points, and athlete facilities. It was early experience in turning complex moving parts into clear, usable information.

He later moved into publishing with FACT and Ohlala, managing client accounts, securing sponsorships, and delivering commercial campaigns across hospitality, lifestyle, and automotive. This included partnerships and event activations involving brands and venues such as Ferrari, Maserati, Porsche, Red Bull, Marriott, Four Seasons, Hilton, Kempinski, and St. Regis, in environments where timing, client experience, and commercial delivery all mattered.

At I Love Qatar, he moved deeper into digital media, working across content, social campaigns, branded activations, influencer-led projects, and in-store promotion. This included ILQ show advertising displayed in spaces such as Virgin Megastore, with counter visuals and video content featured on in-store screens.

Today, he brings that same structure into BrownSugar Solutions, managing the full flow from lead generation and briefing through to scope, timelines, QA, and final delivery. Client communication stays clear, projects stay organised, and the work moves forward properly from start to finish.
